Through Ava's Eyes
Since it is Ava's blog and all, I'll try to concentrate on sharing Ava's activities in this post.
But first: my "little" brother made the leap this weekend. He leapt from a plane last weekend in preparation, but then said his "I Do's" with Crystal this weekend. It was a beautiful ceremony. Crystal was a breathtaking bride, and Doug was quite handsome. The coolest thing was that it was laid back, with a barefoot wedding party and a barbecue reception. Now they're off to Mexico on their honeymoon. Welcome to the family Crystal.
So, onto Ava's Hawai'i...
Chilling on the beach (of rocks).

"So big" doing the hula. This was at the Grand Wailea resort. Ava loved the fancy carpet and all the colors.

Feeding the fish with Nani. Because of the koi pond, Ava now has her own pet fish. Two for now, more to come. Ask her what a fish does. It's cute.

"When do we get to go kayaking?"

The paparazzi got this shot from below our balcony!

"Do you think they'll find me behind this tree?!"

Look at the wind blow those beautiful locks!

"Here we go!"

Enjoying Maui Taco fish tacos. Mmm good! (yes, better than Rubio's)

Naked coconut time! (heavy!)

My little coffee drinker. Takes after her dada. (it's really an empty cup. do you really think parents who say no to sugar and such would allow even a drop of coffee!)

Getting ready to help out at the Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm.

Thanks Licky. Maybe I'll try and score employment in a creative facet drawing tourists somewhere nice!
I have been on some blogs today and find Ava's blog to be the finest one I have seen. Most consist of a bunch of boring stuff that nobody would care about. You put just the right material in the right amount to make ANYONE whether they knew Ava or not want to comment. You may want to think about teaching The Principles of Proper Blogging at the local Community College. You are tops! Ava is too! Your wife is just fine also.

Well, maybe a career in teaching is where I should look after all!
