First 'Date Night' for Us

Last night Becky and I got our first "date night." Grandma Cramer watched Ava for us and we went to dinner with Nick and Rachel. We hit Olive Garden, and had a great time. We even actually talked about world events and other stuff besides our beautiful daughter.

We had a nice day Wednesday. The McKees came to visit. Unfortunately for them, I sat in the recliner with Ava on my chest and promptly fell asleep. But they seem to have had a good time with us (while we were awake anyway). It was very nice of them to come and visit. Once Ava's bigger, it'll be fun to trek to Hart and explore the woods with her. Maybe it won't be as cold as the last time we were there...

Don't forget Mom this weekend. You still have time to not forget. And oh man...Survivor is on tonight. It's good this season...and I'm not even watching it for work this time. Reality TV can be very addictive - STAY AWAY!
